Return Policy

Not completely satisfied with your order? We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email support@batabaya.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us of your return request.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
