Not completely satisfied with your order?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days after approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer free returns.
To initiate a return, email support@batabaya.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for return
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
